With five bathhouses conveniently located throughout the community, four along the main street and one near the pool and TGIF area, you’re never far from clean, accessible facilities.
Overflow Parking Extra Vehicle & Trailer Parking
Need extra space? Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles and guests, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

2 Double-Wide Boat Ramps
Head out on the water with ease, residents have access to two double-wide boat ramps for smooth, stress-free launching and quick access to the open water.
Playground Area
Spend time by the water while the little ones enjoy our waterfront playground perfect for family fun in the fresh island air.
Lighted Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, and Bocce Courts
Enjoy friendly competition day or night on our lighted tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce courts.
Swim Lagoon
Relax and enjoy the water at our swim lagoon by Tiki Point, a peaceful, tropical spot perfect for cooling off and taking in the island vibe.
Rec. Hall
Spend time with friends and neighbors in our Recreation Hall, featuring a library, ping pong, darts, and a pool table. With WiFi, restrooms, and the community mailroom inside, it’s also a favorite spot for Mahjong and dominoes.
5 Laundry Facilities
We offer five conveniently located laundry facilities, four in the bathhouses and one at the pool. The pool location is coin-operated, while the others use the ShinePay app for easy, cashless access.
Tiki Huts
Need extra space? Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles and guests, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pavilion
Our Pavilion is the heart of the community, a spacious gathering place that comes alive during the season with pancake breakfasts, bingo, plays, church services, and a wide variety of park-wide events.
Lounge
Tucked above the community store, our Lounge offers a more intimate setting for gatherings. It’s a go-to spot for committee meetings, off-season Board meetings, and private parties, and is available for reservation. Just plan to leave it as you found it (self-cleaning is required.)
