Our story
Venture Out is a gated community with sixty-nine acres of tropical paradise situated on the island of Cudjoe Key, Florida, a short 23.8 miles north from the southernmost point of the U.S. in Key West Florida.
A residential condominium association with 659 privately owned units consisting of both RV and manufactured homes ( ground level, mid-rise & stilt homes, some are available for short term and long-term rentals.
With exceptional access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, this tropical island environment is perfect for all your ocean needs.
Venture Out at Cudjoe Cay, Inc., is a friendly rental community. There are many ways in which you can rent or purchase your slice of paradise. Owners who rent or sell do so directly, on-line, and through agents or realtors.
